Session ILeo Nani Farms | Sat Feb 15 - Sun Feb 23, 2020    2021: Session 1: February 13-21, 2021

Rhiannon's farm is near Hilo, on the east side of the big island.  Please fly into HILO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. You will travel to your accommodations from Hilo Airport. The houses are usually available approx. 3:00 or 4:00 pm. There is often a very casual gathering in Hilo at a restaurant or in one of the rental homes on arrival day. This info will come to your in your welcome letter. Arrival day is different for everyone-singers are coming in at different times-they each have to get to a store to buy some groceries for breakfast and get settled in their homes. Still, we love to gather and say hello and have a dinner or drink together in Hilo. The singing starts on the farm at 10 am on Feb 16, 2019. Singers are responsible for their own ground transportation. Usually someone in each house rents a car -often the singer who arrives first- and the other singers in the house share the expense of the rental during the ATWI workshop. Estimated cost is about $150 for each singer. Margie will help organize the ground transportation. We have houses located near the farm or down in Hilo closer to the water. We rent a few properties that allow for early arrival or late departure. The cost for those extra days would be the responsibility of the singer. Contact Margie if you plan to arrive early or stay later and we will try and help you as space is available. We do not support lodging for friends/partners or families. If you plan to travel with someone(s) we recommend you arrange for your own lodging. and let Margie know at the time of your registration. We hope that singers will spend their time with the singers in ATWI. This is the year to develop new musical friendships.. Contact Margie if you need any advice or clarification. Be sure Margie has your travel info as soon as possible and no later than Jan. 1, 2019.

ALSO: for 2020 early--singers registered for ATWI 2020 are also invited to the 2020 All The Way IN Summit./ birthday celebration. You are welcome to come to this special 2020 summit because you are now part of ALL THE WAY IN TRIBE. There is a separate registration and payment...please read more and if you can join us register here. Contact Margie to confirm if you plan to attend 2020 ATWI and the 2020 will also want to conisder lodging for inbetween the ATWI workshop session #1 and the start date for the Summit. Margie is trying to support all lodging requests --please call or email to discuss.

Session III will be held at Studio D in Montreal. Shuttles are available from the airport to bring you into the city of Montreal and public transportation is readily available.
